There’s definitely a reason this horrible place has 3 stars, they are extremely racist! I have never been so disrespected in my life! I am a 20 year old, hard working young woman of Spanish descent and I was appalled at these people’s behavior! Customer’s Beware! I went in for 2 missing nails and a fill in, I also wanted a Mexican flag on one nail and a Puerto Rican flag on another because I am proud of my heritage. When I asked for this the workers quickly huddled and started laughing at me and even went as far as changing the T.v channel from Gordon Ramsey (which I was watching by the way) to a Spanish channel and kept laughing at me. I was so embarrassed and was made to feel ashamed of who I am! They even tried to over charge me $130 for this. This place is so unprofessional and disrespectful it’s a wonder how they are still in business. Another woman walked in and she was getting a full set with French tips and they were charging her the same $68 they were charging me for just 2 missing nails, when I brought this to they’re attention they scoffed at me, threw lotion on my hands, wiped it off and were done. PEOPLE BEWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OF SPANISH DESCENT!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN and will make sure none of my friends and family ever do as well!!

THE MOST RACIST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE! My daughter went there to do her nails and when she asked for a flag of her nationality on 1 nail, (Puert Rico) they all laughed at her and turned the t.v. to a Spanish singer who was on t.v. and continued moking her. She went in for 2 nails missing and a fill in. They tried to charge her for a full set. Another woman walked in of a different race for a full set and they where charging her the same price. They usually do a hand massage with lotion like any other respectable nail salon, only they just put a glob of lotion and wiped it off. This place should be boycotted and SHUT DOWN! There is no place for that type of racist, disregard and disrespect now a days in our community! COZY NAILS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD! PATRONS BEWARE!!

super underrated for lashes here, cynthia the lash lady does a great job for a basic set that will last u a solid 2 weeks. i’ve gone 4+ times and i’ve never had a bad/unsatisfying experience. it’s also affordable with 120 for the full set & 90 for fill (knowing some lash techs charge 160+ for a fresh set) but overall i definitely would recommend trying lashes with them. (plus this pic are taken 4 days after getting them and swimming in the ocean twice so this isn’t even prime)

Everytime i have come here the wait is horrible Even with an appointment And depending on who is doing your nails the quality is horrible. I was in on thursday for a fill. I was back on monday becuase the polished was coming off my acrylics. They are fairly priced & i assume thats becuase of the quality. I WENT BACK A YEAR LATER… 2 weeks ago because my regular shop was closed and my nails lasted one week. Only 2 nails lasted on my right hand as you can see. I am extremely disappointed

My experiences with this salon vary. Most of my experiences are good and I leave with my nails looking exactly how I wanted them to. However, sometimes you are waiting to even begin your service for a long time, despite calling in advance. There have been times where they have left my gel nail polish soaking off for almost hour without checking on me. My mom has had a negative experience with one nail tech who seemed to not know how to do a powder gel french mani (the lines looked too thick and sloppy). I recently got an acrylic fill with gel polish and a french design. While it took awhile for the service to be completed, I appreciated how thorough the nail tech (I think his name was John) was and how perfect my nails came out. Totally worth it in the end, especially if you have a nail tech who you really like!
